About Me

A former senior officer of the Royal Malaysia Police (PDRM) with 39 years of experience in security, operational team leadership, criminal investigations, and crisis management.

Retired in July 2021 with the final rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police (DSP), having held key positions including District Police Chief of Lawas and Dalat, Sarawak.

Currently active as a security and leadership trainer under Kaizer Management & Consultancy Sdn Bhd.
